Software License Agreement

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between YOU/LICENSEE (the individual or entity licensed to use the software or documentation) and MOOPLUGINS ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement governs all products, software, scripts, and services that you purchase from us.

By purchasing, installing, copying, or otherwise using the software product(s), you unconditionally agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement with MOOPLUGINS. If you do not agree to all the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to download, install, or use any of the products.

This Agreement becomes effective the moment you acquire the product(s) from our website, receive it via email, or obtain it by any other means. MOOPLUGINS reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the terms of this License Agreement and enforce them at any time.

All parts of the product(s), including but not limited to algorithms, PHP code, JavaScript code, CSS code, text, images, and designs, are licensed under this Agreement unless otherwise stated.

1. The purchase or use of the software by you implies that you, the Licensee, agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed by the Licensor. The Agreement becomes effective once the source code of the software is legally provided to you via email, data medium, or any other medium.

2. MOOPLUGINS retains exclusive copyright of the software. No derivative works or other activities may conflict with our copyrightable materials, whether in whole or in part. Any infringement of copyright may result in the termination of the license and, if necessary, legal action.

3. Any legal action regarding license conflicts shall be brought in the courts of jurisdiction where the Licensor resides or conducts primary business.

4. Under this Agreement, you are permitted to use only one copy of the Software for a single installation, for personal or business purposes, provided that all terms are fulfilled. A separate license is required for each software installation.

5. You are prohibited from selling or distributing any part of the software, source code, or documentation to anyone. Additionally, distributing the software on the internet is strictly prohibited.

6. You may not transfer, sublicense, or resell the license unless you obtain explicit written permission from MOOPLUGINS.

7. You are prohibited from reproducing any part of our copyrighted source code in any other software or product. You must not reverse-engineer the product(s) or incorporate the product(s) into any work created for resale.

8. The Licensee is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or resell the Licensor’s ideas, concepts, visual screens/layouts, or processes under the Licensee's name.

9. MOOPLUGINS is not liable to provide free support or upgrades if any third-party modifications are made to the software or product(s).

10. Any modifications to this Agreement or its clauses can only be made by MOOPLUGINS. We reserve the right to enforce these changes without prior notice or discussion.

11. You are free to terminate the license at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. However, in such cases, the amount paid for the software will not be refunded.

12. Without prejudice to any other rights, MOOPLUGINS may terminate this License at any time if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. In such an event, this constitutes a breach of the Agreement, and your license to use the software is revoked. You must destroy all copies of MOOPLUGINS products in your possession.

13. If a terminated Licensee is found using the software in any manner, they will be legally obligated to pay attorney fees to MOOPLUGINS for recovering damages.

14. An effective license allows MOOPLUGINS to add you to our software user list.

15. All copyright and permission notices must be retained in their original locations.

16. For free products available on the site, you are allowed to distribute them, but you may not use them for business purposes or resell them.

17. All support, updates, and software guarantees are valid only if there are no changes made to the original code provided to you by MOOPLUGINS. If there is any alteration in the code, the support and guarantee become null and void.
